FAQ

Do I take insurance?
As an out-of-network provider, I am not able to bill your insurance directly. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. I will be happy to provide you with a superbill—a document that contains all the information your insurance company needs to process your claim. Please check with your insurance provider to learn more about your coverage.

How long is therapy?
The duration of therapy is highly individualized and depends on the complexity of the challenges you're facing. Our work together will be guided by your specific goals, and we will collaborate to determine the right path and pace for your journey. While some clients begin to experience relief and gain valuable insights within a few months, the length of treatment is always a collaborative decision based on your progress and needs.

What is my rate?
My rate is $165 for each 50-minute session. I believe that your growth happens both in and out of the therapy room. For this reason, we will often create "homework" together—simple exercises or reflections for you to practice between our sessions—to help you build on your progress and make lasting changes.

Do I offer a sliding scale?
I am committed to making therapy more accessible. For clients with financial limitations, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee slots in my schedule. These slots are based on a sliding scale and are subject to availability. Please contact me directly to inquire about a current opening

Do I offer in-person therapy or telehealth?
I currently provide therapy services through a secure and confidential telehealth platform via Zoom. I have found that this format has been a convenient and effective way to engage in our work together. I look forward to offering in-person sessions at a physical location in Colorado Springs, CO in the near future.
